Photographing HACKER Showroom In Marble Arch—W1H, London

Summary

We photographed a three-bedroom, two-bathroom Airbnb showroom flat in Marble Arch, W1H. The property was modern and well suited for short-term guests. Our photography focused on showing the space clearly and honestly for potential renters. Marble Arch is popular with landlords, investors and Airbnb hosts because of its location near Hyde Park, Oxford Street and strong transport links. Streets like Connaught Street, George Street and developments like The Bryanston make the area a draw for short stays and long-term lets alike.

Photographing the Häcker kitchen showroom on Harrowby Street, W1H 5JN, gave us the chance to work in a part of London where space is premium and design matters. The showroom displayed several full kitchen layouts, each with different finishes and configurations aimed at both developers and private buyers. Our task was to photograph the space so that the quality of materials, the flow between units and the overall layout were easy to understand. We kept the lighting simple and avoided wide lenses or distortion. In a showroom like this, clarity is more important than mood. The client wanted honest, consistent images that could be used across their digital platforms and printed brochures.

This part of W1H borders Marylebone and sits just north of Hyde Park. The area brings in a mix of property professionals—landlords fitting out flats for rent, investors finishing new builds and Airbnb hosts looking to upgrade interiors. There’s regular demand for high-end kitchens that fit small-to-medium sized spaces, especially for short lets where quality finish helps bookings. For Airbnb guests, the location is practical. It’s close to Oxford Street, Edgware Road and Paddington, but quieter than Soho or Camden. For tenants, it’s a straightforward Zone 1 base with a solid local offering.

Nearby roads include Brendon Street, Seymour Place and George Street. Larger developments such as The Bryanston Hyde Park and Westmark Tower at West End Gate are all within walking distance. Paddington, Edgware Road and Marble Arch stations provide strong transport links, and Hyde Park is just down the road. Harrowby Street is lined with both commercial and residential addresses, so a showroom here needs to communicate clearly to a varied audience. Our job was to make sure the photographs did just that.
