These terms govern the Houses and Properties Loyalty Programme (“the Programme”). By creating an account and earning or redeeming loyalty credit, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Programme
The Houses and Properties Loyalty Programme is a discretionary rewards scheme operated by Houses and Properties (“we”, “us”, “our”) for customers who book photography, floor plan, video, drone, or other property media services through housesandproperties.com.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Programme is open to individuals and businesses who hold a registered account at housesandproperties.com.
2.2 Guest customers (those who complete a booking without creating an account) are not eligible to earn or redeem credit until they create an account. Credits are reserved against a guest’s email address and are released automatically upon account creation, subject to clause 4.3.
2.3 We reserve the right to exclude any customer from the Programme at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.
3. Earning Credit
3.1 Eligible customers earn loyalty credit as a percentage of the net order total (excluding delivery, taxes, and any previously applied discounts) on each completed booking.
3.2 The earning rate is determined by your membership tier:

3.3 Credit is awarded when an order status changes to Completed. Credit is not awarded on orders that are cancelled, refunded, or disputed. In the event that an order is refunded, any credits spent by the client will be expected to repay Houses and Properties the total amount of credits spent.
3.4 Tier status is calculated automatically based on your total number of completed bookings and may change at any time as additional bookings are completed.
4. Backdated Credit
4.1 As a goodwill gesture at the launch of the Programme on 28 May 2026, we applied backdated credit at the Standard rate (5%) to all previously completed orders for customers who held a registered, good-standing account at that date.
4.2 Backdated credit was awarded at our absolute discretion and does not constitute a contractual obligation, precedent, or admission of liability. We reserve the right not to award backdated credit on future programme launches or changes.
4.3 Guest customers whose email address matches completed guest orders prior to the Programme launch will receive equivalent backdated credit automatically upon creating an account. This credit is subject to the same expiry terms as clause 6.
5. Redeeming Credit
5.1 Loyalty credit may be redeemed against the value of future bookings made through housesandproperties.com while your account is active.
5.2 Credit is applied automatically at checkout. No code or manual action is required.
5.3 The maximum credit that may be applied to a single order is capped to ensure the remaining payment amount covers applicable payment processing fees. This cap is calculated at checkout and displayed before confirmation.
5.4 Credit cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes unless explicitly stated at the time of the promotion.
5.5 Where an order is partially paid using credit and subsequently cancelled or refunded, we will use reasonable endeavours to reinstate any credit used, however this is not guaranteed and is at our discretion.
6. Expiry
6.1 Loyalty credit expires 13 months from the date it was earned. Each credit allocation carries its own expiry date based on when the corresponding order was completed.
6.2 We will send automated reminder emails at approximately 30 days and 7 days before credit is due to expire.
6.3 Expired credit is forfeited and cannot be reinstated. No compensation is payable for expired credit.
7. No Cash Value
7.1 Loyalty credit has no monetary or cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or account, sold, gifted, or used as payment outside of housesandproperties.com.
7.2 Loyalty credit is not a financial product, payment instrument, electronic money, or regulated financial service of any kind.
7.3 Credit balances are not protected by any deposit protection or compensation scheme.
7.4 You have no property right in loyalty credit. Credit constitutes a limited, non-transferable licence to receive a discount on future bookings, subject to these terms.
8. Anniversary Reward
8.1 On the anniversary of your first completed booking, eligible customers may receive a one-time discount coupon (“Anniversary Reward”) via email.
8.2 The Anniversary Reward discount percentage is set at our discretion and may change from year to year.
8.3 Anniversary Reward coupons are single-use, non-transferable, and subject to any expiry date stated in the email.
8.4 The Anniversary Reward is a separate benefit from loyalty credit and is governed by any additional terms stated in the coupon email.
9. Programme Changes and Cancellation
9.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Programme, or any part of it, at any time and without liability to you.
9.2 We reserve the right to change earning rates, tier thresholds, redemption rules, expiry periods, and any other Programme terms at any time.
9.3 Where we make material changes to the Programme, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered customers by email with at least 30 days’ notice before the change takes effect.
9.4 If we discontinue the Programme entirely, we will provide at least 60 days’ notice during which any accrued unexpired credit may be redeemed against bookings made in that period.
9.5 We may close your loyalty account and forfeit any accrued credit without notice if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.
10. Account and Credit Adjustments
10.1 We reserve the right to correct any credit balance that has been awarded in error, including deducting incorrectly awarded credit from your account.
10.2 We may make goodwill adjustments to credit balances at our discretion. Such adjustments do not create an obligation to make similar adjustments in future.
11. Communications
11.1 By participating in the Programme, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your loyalty account, including credit award notifications, balance reminders, and expiry warnings.
11.2 These communications are service-related and distinct from marketing communications. You may not opt out of transactional loyalty account emails while you hold an active account.
11.3 You may unsubscribe from marketing and newsletter communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email, without affecting your loyalty account.
12. Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss arising from participation in, or inability to participate in, the Programme.
12.2 We are not liable for any technical errors, system failures, or delays that result in credit not being awarded, displayed incorrectly, or not applied at checkout, provided we take reasonable steps to correct any such error upon becoming aware of it.
12.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. General
13.1 These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
13.3 Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.
13.4 These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Programme and supersede any previous representations or communications.
