Description
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis. To cancel your subscription, you
must provide us with written notice (via email is acceptable).
You are required to give one (1) full calendar month’s notice of cancellation. The subscription will
continue and remain active until the end of the notice period.
Any payment already processed or due on your normal billing date (e.g. the 21st of the month)
prior to or during the notice period will not be refunded. We do not offer pro-rata refunds or credits
for partial months.
Example: If we receive your cancellation notice on 8 April, your subscription will continue until 8
May and you remain responsible for any payment taken on 21 April (for the April billing period).
Upon expiry of the notice period, the subscription will automatically terminate. Access to the
Matterport subscription (or associated services) will cease on the termination date.
If you wish to reinstate a cancelled subscription, you must contact us and a new payment will be
required at the then-current price to reactivate the service.
We reserve the right to change the subscription fee upon giving you reasonable prior notice.
