The Archival Retrieval Fee is a mandatory administrative charge that covers the time and resources required to locate, verify, restore, and prepare the specific Works from our archive storage, allowing us to commence editing.

Description

Purpose of the Retrieval Fee

As per our Terms and Conditions, Section 12.2 (Archival and Retrieval Fees), image selection must be completed within 14 days. Due to the elapsed time, the high-resolution files have been moved to deep archive storage.

Final Acknowledgment

By proceeding with this payment, the Client explicitly acknowledges that this charge is a non-refundable administrative cost and is required to complete the fulfillment of the original photography service order.
